Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the competition. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
