After nearly 80 days in hospital, from the point of death to a long journey to recovery she finally returned home, but her life was forever changed. Angelica had been in dialysis for nearly a year before she was finally ready for the biggest operation of her life, a kidney transplant. It was her own mother who was the one to donate her kidney. The 13th of September, 2013, Angelica and her mom went through a successful kidney transplantation surgery at two amazing hospitals located right across from each other-Emory University Hospital and Children's Health of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale is pursuing her celebrity dreams from the moment she was born.
